WE Work Provides Opportunities

WE Work is Urban Ministry’s two year apprentice program. A young adult who lives in West End has the opportunity to apply for an apprenticeship through Urban Ministry’s compassion programs: WE Build, a housing renovation program; WE Learn, an after-school care program linked with Hemphill Elementary; and WE Café, our pay-as-you-go café. In each of these settings, young adults will work alongside skilled directors and learn marketable skills for a full-time job after they graduate the program.
