Home for the Holidays

The Holle Family Foundation provided funds to Habitat for Humanity-Tuscaloosa to build a home for a deserving family. Habitat for Humanity-Tuscaloosa has focused on building homes in an area of Tuscaloosa destroyed by the April 27, 2011 tornadoes. This focus provides opportunities for community re-development while providing much needed affordable housing.

The house was built utilizing the Habitat Tuscaloosa’s new Operation Transformation construction trades / skills job training program.
