Holle Board Cuts the Ribbon at Camp Horne

Camp Horne is a Nationally Accredited Scouting America Summer Camping Facility that has been in operation in Cottondale, AL since 1924. Through Holle Family Foundation funding, a new bathroom has been added to the camp! This summer, camp-goers are now able to use the fully equipped bathroom featuring A/C and washing machines. For their 2000 yearly visitors, adding this bathroom in the center of the grounds is a huge win. The Holle Board was lucky enough to get a full site visit and participate in the ribbon cutting for the bathrooms. Scroll down to see the video of our Board President, Pat O’Neal, cutting the ribbon to mark the official opening of this new facility!
