A Seat at the Table

The Croom Foundation’s ELITE program creates equitable opportunities for underexposed and underprivileged students. Some of these students are from the poorest and often overlooked counties in the state of Alabama. ELITE prepares them for the next stages in life whether it be high school, college, trade school or a branch of our armed services. Through partnerships with various colleges and universities, we work diligently to equip our students with the necessities needed to excel at the next level. Over 90% of our graduating seniors in the ELITE Program graduate with a full scholarship to the college or university of their choice.
