At the Holle Family Foundation (HFF), our mission is to support initiatives that strengthen communities and create opportunities for positive change. Each year, we distribute funding across our Area’s of Focus, and we are excited to share a visual representation of how grant funding has been allocated over the past three years (2022-2024).

As seen in the above graphic, HFF grants have supported a wide range of initiatives, with substantial funding consistently directed toward Fulfilling Societal Needs and Opportunities for Achievement. However, we noticed an ongoing trend—little to no applications have been submitted for projects focused on Fostering Future Leaders, Celebrating History & Culture, and Supporting Veterans.
These areas remain a crucial part of our mission, and we would love to see more initiatives in these spaces. If you or your organization are working on a project that aligns with one of these underrepresented Area’s of Focus, we encourage you to consider applying for future funding.
We know that impactful work is happening in these fields, and we want to help bring those projects to life. If you have ideas or know of organizations making a difference in these areas, please share this opportunity with them. Together, we can continue to foster a more inclusive and vibrant community.
Looking ahead, our 2026 grant application cycle will open on August 1, 2025. We encourage prospective applicants to start considering how their projects align with our mission and focus areas.
